Privacy Policy

Information you provide

Depending on how you use PepCal, you may provide an email address, account name, profile preferences, body measurements, compound and schedule records, dose logs, reminder settings, side-effect records, notes, and other information you choose to enter.

Purchases

Apple processes subscription payments. PepCal uses RevenueCat to determine subscription status and restore purchases. We may receive a purchase identifier, product selection, entitlement status, transaction dates, and an app-specific user identifier. We do not receive your complete payment-card information.

How information is used

We use information to provide account access, sync your records, deliver reminders, display progress, restore purchases, maintain app security, respond to support requests, and operate the service. We do not use health-related entries to provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Storage and service providers

Cloud accounts and synced records are hosted with Supabase. Subscription status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Authentication may be provided by Apple, Google, or Supabase. On-device mode and certain preferences may store information locally on your device.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help operate PepCal, when you direct us to, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete local records and request or initiate account deletion from within the app. Some transaction records may be retained by Apple or RevenueCat under their own legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Supabase row-level security is used to restrict signed-in users to their own records. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

PepCal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may edit or delete records in the app, disable notifications in device settings, manage your Apple subscription, use Restore Purchases, or contact us about access and deletion requests.

Changes

We may update this policy as PepCal changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
